Our app wiFido only has access to your e-mail ID and the first and last name you have entered.

Your email ID is only visible to the users you have added as users to your wiFido app, not your first and last name. Your email ID is included in the wiFido app’s activity list for individual activities. All invited users to your wiFido app can see all users’ email ID.

Your email ID is only used to log in to the wiFido app and to link an activity list to your user account. Your activity list is stored in the wiFido system databases. You can clear this list at any time with your wiFido app.

We do not store any location information except the location of your wiFido unit.
The wiFido app uses the mobile location information, if you have allowed this, in order to turn off and on the wiFido unit’s camera, but this location data is never shared or stored.

All data between our wiFido app and the other parts of the wiFido are always encrypted.

How do we protect your personal information?

Your safety is important to us. Therefore, we have taken appropriate technical, organizational and administrative security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access and other unauthorized processing. We regularly analyze and evaluate the measures in order to ensure the protection of your data as securely as possible.
